  • Ticket messages, emails, and attachments you submit
  • Notes required to resolve issues and maintain service continuity
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data. Please avoid sending sensitive information in support tickets unless it is strictly necessary.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process personal data for the following core purposes:

  • Service delivery: account creation, provisioning, management, and lifecycle operations.
  • Billing & administration: invoicing, payments, accounting, and fraud prevention.
  • Security & reliability: monitoring, abuse detection, incident response, and audit logging.

  • Compliance: meeting legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.

Where required by law, our legal bases may include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security and platform integrity), consent (optional cookies/marketing), and legal obligations (tax/accounting).

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you suspect account compromise, contact support immediately and reset your credentials.
